Who we are
Loans for Bad Credit UK is a trading name of PJG Financial Limited, a credit broker, not a lender.
PJG Financial Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (firm reference number 919697) and registered in Scotland (company number SC535782). Our registered office is 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN.
We do not lend money. We search a limited panel of participating lenders and brokers, so we do not search the whole market, and we do not give financial advice. If a possible match is found, the lender decides whether to accept your application, how much it may offer and what rate will apply.
Our service is free to use
You do not pay PJG Financial Limited a fee for using our service. There is no broker fee and no cancellation charge.
We never charge a fee to release a loan, so anyone who asks you for one is not us.
Who pays us
We may receive a commission for the introduction to lending and brokering partners.
Our lending and brokering partners are the lenders and other credit brokers on our panel. If we introduce your application to one of them, that partner may pay us a commission for the introduction.
Commission arrangements can vary between providers.
Ask us how much we are paid
You can ask us for the amount, or likely amount, of commission relating to a proposed agreement before entering into it.
